A: a. Ensure the charger connected well with 3 charging spots on band

Q: Why the bracelet vibrate suddenly ?
A: All the vibration mode could be setup in app by personally, Such as, Longseat reminder, Phone call reminder,
Message reminder, Anti-lost, Alarm clock, Remote camera, connected or disconnected

A: Make sure the bracelet is powered on;
Make sure BT is turned on in phone;
